With over 40 years of experience in facilities management and operations, Irma Hernandez has built a strong reputation for leadership, reliability, and excellence across major venues and organizations throughout Texas. During her long career with ARAMARK, she has successfully managed corporate facilities, medical professional buildings, sports venues, and large-scale operations across the Houston and San Antonio markets. She previously led facility operations at NRG Park for nearly seven years, overseeing NRG Stadium, NRG Center, and NRG Arena, where she managed high-profile events such as NFL Playoff Games, the NCAA Final Four, Super Bowl LI, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, consistently ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences in high-pressure environments.

Her expertise in Sports & Entertainment operations later expanded to supporting Minute Maid Park and managing the AT&T Center in San Antonio. In 2018, she was promoted to District Manager, where she oversaw major venues, educational institutions, and public facilities across Texas.
